Your course has personality. Let’s show it.

Four Seasons is an annual photography partnership built around one thing: a comprehensive library of professional content for your club, built up across the year rather than delivered in a single visit. I’ll visit the club across the seasons, photographing the course, the clubhouse, the people, the greenkeeping, the facilities and the details that make your club unique.

The result is a constantly evolving library your team can put to work throughout the year: the website, social media, visitor campaigns, brochures, newsletters, advertising and communications.

The Four Seasons package is a limited service I provide to golf clubs who value relevant and powerful imagery that portrays their club in a unique way. Spanning all four seasons, I deliver photo and video assets that give you a diverse library of content to suit your specific messaging and campaigns. Pricing starts from £3,000.

How it works

Every club is different, so Four Seasons is shaped around yours, what you need, when you need it, and what you’ll do with it. We agree the plan once, then it runs.

Tailored to the club and quoted after a conversation. Packages start from £3,000.

Access is earned.

Getting authentic, candid, natural shots of your people takes time. I need to earn the trust of the people I want to feature, before the camera comes out.

Building rapport with a greenkeeping team takes a respectful, calm approach. Some greenkeepers want quiet focus and the space to get on with their work. Others enjoy the interaction, and want their character to come through in the pictures.

Twenty years running a business and employing hundreds of people taught me how to read people, and when the moment is right to bring them to your audience.

I’m ready to commit to knowing every part of your course in the sun, rain, wind and snow, and finding angles no photographer has seen yet.

Four Seasons: common questions

What does golf course photography cost?
A day on the course starts from £750, and Four Seasons, four visits across the year, from £3,000. Every club needs a different amount of coverage, so the final figure is a fixed quote after a conversation about what the imagery has to do and where it will be used. Tell me the course, roughly when you want to shoot and what you need the pictures for, and I'll come back with a fixed proposal.
When is the best time of year to photograph a golf course?
There isn't one. Spring gives renovation work and first light over wet greens, summer peak condition and members out, autumn colour and long shadows, winter frost and the work nobody sees. Clubs that photograph once tend to photograph in summer and then look out of date for nine months, which is exactly what I built Four Seasons to fix.
What is Four Seasons?
Four Seasons is a single agreement covering four visits across one year: spring, summer, autumn and winter. We start whenever suits the club, not at a fixed point in the calendar, and I deliver each visit as its own edited set. A full twelve months on, the club owns a library that spans every condition it trades in and never looks out of date. I shape it around the club and quote after a conversation. Packages start from £3,000.
